Bob Cuccaro has been an advisor with Omnia Financial since 2011.  Prior to joining Omnia Financial, Bob was a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer with a Large Regional Bank.  For 5 of his 7 years with the bank, Bob earned the Presidents Club award for most loans originated.

Bob graduated Cum Laude from Stony Brook University in 1996 with a Bachelors of Arts in English.  He has attained the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU ®) designation for advanced insurance and financial planning, and the Chartered Healthcare Consultant™ (ChHC ®) designation for group health and voluntary benefits. The ChHC® designation incorporates the latest information on healthcare reform and other group benefits issues.

Bob enjoys investment research and analysis and applying his findings to his portfolio designs.  Bob currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the Stony Brook Alumni Association and is currently working towards his MBA in finance with Stony Brook University.

Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination
The Series 7 exam assesses the competency of a representative to perform his/her job as a general securities representative. The exam consists of 250 scored questions and an additional 10 unscored pretest questions. Candidates are given six hours to complete the exam and it is conducted in two three-hour sessions with 130 questions per session. The passing score is 72 percent.

Series 66 - Uniform Combined State Law Examination
The Series 66 exam is a North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) exam administered by FINRA. There is no prerequisite for the Series 66 examination. However, the Series 7 examination is a co-requisite to the Series 66 Examination.

CLU® - Chartered Life Underwriter®
Your Charted life Underwriter® has earned the premier credential in the insurance profession, representing eight or more comprehensive college-level courses covering all aspects of insurance planning, state and retirement issues, taxation, business insurance and risk management. For more than 80 years, consumers have trusted this mark, which is conferred by The American College, a non-profit educator with the highest level of accreditation. The average study time for the program is over 400 hours and can take years to earn. Each CLU® must also complete a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education every two years and meet extensive experience requirements, ensuring the knowledge you’re counting on is both comprehensive and current.
